Friends of the Library

The Friends of the Library is a non-profit group of citizens dedicated to supporting the Elizabethton/Carter County Public Library.

About

The Friends of the Library was organized in 1976 for the purpose of supporting the library in any endeavor in which public funds are not available. The primary fundraising effort of the FOTL is the annual used book sale. Proceeds from the annual book sale, membership funds, and community donations provide items not included in the library's annual budget.
